Scott Walker likes the convenience of Canada as a way to boost his international cred

 Seems like the Governor is putting as much distance as he can between himself and his February 3 toxic dump.
With Republicans gridlocked over the 2015-17 state budget, Gov. Scott Walker announced Tuesday he is taking his third trade mission and fourth trip out of the country this year to Canada later this month
