In truth, we use our 20+ year old Weber grill year-round, though much less frequently during the winter months.   And when we do fire it up at this time of year, it's most likely to cook a turkey breast, i.e., something that doesn't need a lot of attention.

This seasoning mix is used as a rub.  Year-round.
