Ebooks, Netflix, and Library Building Projects (Part 113, Onondaga County Public Library, Central Library)

Onondaga County legislators approve borrowing $5.2 million for Central Library renovation. (Syracuse Post-Standard, 10/11/2011)

Excerpt: The plan calls for the Central Library to shift from the second through fifth floors of the Galleries to the first, second and fifth floors. The change will reduce the library staff needed in future years. The county also hopes to eventually lease or sell the third and fourth floors.
