Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: California 7th

The California 7th has become much more competitive since the last round of redistricting.  Since 2012, Democrat Ami Bera has won his 3 elections by an average margin of 2.2 points.  Clinton won 52.3% of the presidential vote compated to 40.9% for Trump
