Scott Walker's quest for Tennessee and the South. (The Tennessean, 7/22/2015)
In an interview with The Tennessean at Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant in downtown Nashville, he took bites from a plate of southern biscuits in between answering questions on ISIS, gay marriage and Donald Trump.
Roughly 50 Republican lawmakers and supporters came to see Walker on the visit to Puckett's on Wednesday. The trip, along with a Tuesday fundraiser at the former Franklin home of Alan Jackson, marked Walker's fourth trip to Tennessee in 2015. And he's coming back in August for another fundraiser in Williamson County.
