The 75% of the money he collects.  Walker does not fly to New York and Washington and South Carolina and Texas and Florida to collect $50 checks. He wings his way around the country chasing checks with a lot more zeroes on them. And those big checks are the key to his fundraising prowess — not small donations from the grass roots.
