Beloit Public Library: Amendment to City Ordinance Would Allow for Sale and Consumption of Beer and Wine at Certain Special Events

Limited in its scope.  Under the proposed amendment the ordinance would add “for three separate annual single-day events at the Beloit Public Library with all sale and consumption of fermented malt beverages and wine allowed only within the library building, each such event to be sponsored only by the Friends at Beloit Library (FABL) or the Beloit Public Library Foundation, Inc.”
