Remodels, equipment requested in Monona’s 2014 capital budget. (Herald-Independent, 9/21/2013)
Excerpt: The Monona Public Library is requesting $206,000 for an entryway renovation at the library, which would facilitate access to users, create more space for RFID expansion in the future and reduce the size of the alley under the library overhang. The renovation would also include a wider and more visible staircase for access to the library’s main upper level.
