Congressman Tom Tiffany, a Republican representing Wisconsin, brought the resolution forward to the house committee on rules on Monday. 

"It condemns the unconstitutional order of New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham that bans New Mexico citizens from carrying firearms in the city of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County," Tiffany said.
