Warren Pennsylvania was a 'sundown town'. Did they have a 'sundown siren' and, if so, where was it located?

Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak met with members of the Nevada Indian Commission in Carson City on Friday as he signed legislation removing racially discriminatory identifiers or language from schools. Additionally, counties can no longer sound "sundown sirens," which once signified it was time for certain people to leave town.

Certain people?  That would be Blacks in Warren.

Miss Chase is pictured below in the 1968 Warren Area High School Dragon yearbook.  She is listed as living at 225 Watson Place in the 1967 Warren City Directory.  Watson Place is, essentially, a one-block alleyway between Market and East streets and is located within the city limits.
