UPDATE: Madison 316 Building waterfall in motion

Mike Blaska in full hyperbole.  Eric Hovde’s 123-foot electronic waterfall is the kind of bold thinking that will do more for this city than that “glorified farmers market” Mayor Soglin is championing. Great cities need bold signatures. The St. Louis Arch, the Eiffel Tower, the Washington Monument, the “London Eye” Ferris wheel.

Original 11/4/2016 post, "Waterfall mural to grace renovated AT&T Building in downtown Madison", starts here.
