Developer faces opposition to South Park Street project, might not pursue plan. (Wisconsin State Journal, 10/27/2016)
At a meeting of the Madison Urban Design Commission Wednesday, neighbors expressed concerns that the mixed-use building, proposed for 1109 S. Park St., would be out of place amid the surrounding single-family houses and would block sunlight from reaching residents’ rooftop solar panels.
