The behinders in the 7/30-8/2 Monmouth poll:

• 4% - Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Chris Christie
• 3% - John Kasich
• 2% - Rick Perry, Carly Fiorina
• 1% - Bobby Jindal, Rick Santorum, Lindsey Graham

 Other stuff:

• Trump appears to be stealing Walker's base
• 'very conservative' voters:  Trump 27%, Walker 16%
• Tea Party supporters: Trump 35%, Walker 15%
• Trump's unfavorable percentage has decreased from 56% in December 2014 to 35% seven months later.  (Presidential campaigning as reality TV.)
