APPOINTMENTS NOTED
Former Dodge County Sheriff Stephen Fitzgerald has been named superintendent of the State Patrol. DOT Secretary Gottlieb announced the appointment on Tuesday. Fitzgerald is the father of Assembly Speaker Jeff Fitzgerald and Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald.
