Perennially popular Robert spent all but the last decade of the 20th century in the top 10.   He was the most popular baby name for boys for 17 years, from 1924 to 1939 plus 1953, and held the #2 post for 17years, from 1921-23 and 1940-1952 plus 1954.   At #84 in 2022, he's at his low point.
