Applicant is requesting approval of a Specific Implementation Plan (SIP) to construct three 8-story buildings, each containing 121 to 125 units with two levels of underground parking, for a total of 371 multi-family units. This site is 5.08 acres and was previously part of the Greenway Center PDD, but has never been developed. This property was zoned to a new Planned Development District (PDD) – General Implementation Plan (GIP) with contingencies on 11/01/22. A detailed list of the contingencies is included in this staff report.
A previous proposal put forth a 14-story apartment tower. That didn't fly.
