The Towering Isthmus: North Bedford Street Project Still in the Proposal Stage

Developer proposes 10-story apartment building near Kohl Center. (Wisconsin State Journal, 11/11/2014)
CA Ventures of Chicago is proposing a project with a 10-story housing tower aimed at students, townhouses and an eight-story apartment tower marketed to young professionals at 114 N. Bedford St.


No longer interested.
In the fall of 2013, the Boldt Co. of Milwaukee offered but later dropped a proposal for an eight-story housing, retail and transit project for the site, including a bus center with covered loading and waiting area, ticket counter and public restrooms.
