Recyling Bins: One Size Does Not Fit All Household Needs
City Notes: Budget battle brewing over big blue bins. (Appleton Post-Crescent, 10/5/2013)
Appleton households want size options.
And I don't blame them.
This household found that the 48-gallon cart was too small for every-other-week pick-up. The 96-gallon cart was overkill -- and wouldn't fit in our garage. As it turns out, the 64-gallon cart -- same size as our garbage cart -- suits our needs perfectly. We have yet to overfill it, whereas we did all the time with the smallest capacity cart.
