Blue counties are where Biden improved on Clinton's 2016 performance. Note the inclusion of the Milwaukee suburban WOW counties (Waukesha/Ozaukee/Washington) and the urban cluster of counties in the Fox Valley -- Brown (Green Bay), Outagamie (Appleton), and Winnebago (Oshkosh).
Red counties are Trumpier than they were in 2016. Note the cluster in rural southwestern, west-central, and northeastern counties.
Counties without a color fill didn't show a perceptible shift either way.
