Talkin' about that Silent Generation.

The Generation Gap in American Politics.  (Pew Research, 3/1/2018)
Generational differences have long been a factor in U.S. politics. These divisions are now as wide as they have been in decades, with the potential to shape politics well into the future.

Clearly, AM radio was not ready for The Who in 1966.

"My Generation" debuted at #98 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the week ending January 15, 1966.  It spent 5 weeks on the chart, peaking at #74.

A live version from "Live at Leeds", which debuted on the Billboard Top 200 album charts for the week ending May 30, 1970.  It spent 44 weeks on the chart, peaking at #4.
