I guess if I were Governor Walker, I'd be in furious spin mode, too

From a 11/14/2011 news release.  The reforms put in place earlier this year have not only helped schools balance their budgets without massive layoffs or property tax increases, but these innovative changes have also helped improve education, which is good for students all across Wisconsin,” said Governor Walker.

Excerpt:   A survey conducted this fall by the Wisconsin Association of School District Administrators (WASDA) shows the vast majority of students are attending schools that cut staff, meaning there are fewer adults in Wisconsin public schools helping children learn.

The survey found a net reduction of 3,368 kindergarten through 12th-grade staff members in responding districts. This figure matches a recent report by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development that estimated a loss of roughly 4,000 jobs in K-12 education.

Only in Walker's World is a significant loss of teachers "good for students all across Wisconsin".
