MISCREANT PREACHERS: Sexual abuse in the Name of the Lord (#396 in a series)

Photo and headline:  Roys Report, 9/22/2026

Mark A. Kellner reports:
Former youth pastor Zachary Radcliff of Ypsilanti, Michigan, already facing a criminal investigation and three lawsuits filed in the past two years, has been hit with a fourth lawsuit alleging sexual abuse.
The new lawsuit also accuses Radcliff’s former church, Oakwood Baptist Church, and its leaders of enabling or concealing his misconduct.
The latest plaintiff, 25-year-old Devon Kelly, took the unusual step of suing under his actual name rather than a pseudonym. Kelly also testified against Radcliff, now 31, during a 2025 preliminary examination.
"If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless. (James 1:26)

From the looks of it, Trump chooses autocracy over democracy

Peter Baker reports:
The scene on Pennsylvania Avenue on Thursday morning captured a surreal week in the life of Washington. The president of the United States barred American reporters because he labeled them a threat to national security, while welcoming Chinese reporters who answer to the communist dictatorship in Beijing.
This would be the same president who is running government-paid television advertising vowing to stop the United States from becoming socialist or communist in the same week that he held a friendly meeting with the democratic socialist mayor of New York and rolled out a literal red carpet for the communist president of China. The same president who is waging economic war against the prime minister of Canada while inviting the president of Russia to visit his Florida golf club.
In the epic contest between democracy and autocracy, Mr. Trump has long given the impression that he may be on the other side.  [emphasis added]
