Joe Moss Ottawa Impact Clown Show: Only 40 days to go til the nightmare ends

Moss on Monday alleged that Lower was intimidated and went on to say that “the treatment that Jim and his family received was unethical, unfair and unjust.” 

But Teeples -- one of five new people elected to the board Nov. 5 -- said Lower called him and he never offered advice about accepting the job.  [emphasis added]

He did tell Lower, though, that he expected the county board, as reconfigured in January, to start a new administrator search process regardless of whether Lower took the job.
