After serving in the Assembly for 20 years, Bob Ziegelbauer, an Independent from Manitowoc, though he ran as a Democrat from 1992 to 2008, is not running for re-election.  Ziegelbauer currently serves as the Manitowoc County Executive.

I come from a small business background – I started two businesses, one in 1987, and another in 1996. I have had to make payroll, hire people and cut back on items when times get tough.
