New Library Meets Old Church and a Clash Occurs

Excerpt:   Tiburon and Belvedere might be among the most literate of Bay Area cities, but nothing - not even the library - can get between residents and their vistas. 

Denizens of the Marin bayside enclaves are clashing over the library's $12 million, privately funded expansion plans, which include a two-story addition that would partially block views of that most revered of landmarks, old St. Hilary Church.
