Jenna Jacobson (D-Oregon) has represented the 43rd Assembly District since January 2023. She previously served on the Village of Orgon Board of Trustees from 2017 to 2022. As a result of redistricting, she now resides in the 50th District, where she is running for re-election. At this point, she has no challengers.
WisPolitics rates the district as 59.2% Democratic.

Tony Kurtz (R-Wonewoc) has represented the 50th Assembly District since January 2019. He previously held no elected office. As a result of redistricting, she now resides in the 41st District where she is running for re-election.

“This is a pivotal election year for Wisconsin. For the first time in more than a decade, Wisconsinites will have elections using fair maps. During my first term in the Assembly, I represented parts of Green, Dane and Rock Counties. I got to know people across the district and learned what they want and need from their state government. After being severely gerrymandered for many years, Green County is now united under one representative in the new maps.
“In my first term, I focused on supporting public education and our communities. I also prioritized working with my colleagues from around the state and across the aisle. I co-authored bills that would increase funding to our schools, support our rural communities, incentivize new farmers, and fund childcare."
