Paul Ryan-aligned super PAC is out to save the day for John Katko (R-New York)


For the past two decades, voters have made New York's 24th congressional district a see-saw affair.  The seat was held by a Republican from 2001 to 2006, a Democrat from 2007-2010, a Republican from 2011-2012, and a Democrat from 2013-2014.  Republican John Katko is currently serving his 2nd term.
