The Strongly Republican District is an Example of Gerrymandering

Scroll-saw design, where needed, such as in the 31st Assembly District to keep Amy Loudenbeck safe and, as it turned out, able to run unopposed.  The strongly Republican district includes most of Walworth County and portions of Rock, Jefferson, Waukesha and Kenosha counties.
