She showed up 40 minutes before the doors opened at noon last Monday at South County Regional Library on Rea Road. And she wasn't the only one, as the parking lot soon filled with cars and early arrivals. New branch schedules for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, forced by the county budget crisis, have been puzzling patrons who are showing up on wrong days and times to find closed doors or people lining up waiting for them to open.
