Wisconsin 2022 elections UPDATE: Big ball of crazy Ruth Villareal snaps up 18.3% of the vote in 9th Senate District GOP primary

What's most pathetic is that Wisconsin Senate Majority Leader Devin "Are My Pits Wet" LeMahieu couldn't harvest three-quarters of the vote.

Here's what Adam Steen advocates.

Most definitely one big ball of crazy.

6/30/2022 update, " Who's running in the 9th Senate District?" starts here.

The 9th State Senate district comprises most of Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties, as well as part of eastern Calumet County.

  Ballotpedia (and election results below)

Devin LeMahieu (R-Oostburg) has represented the 9th District for 1 term, since January 2015.

It's a solidly red district.

LeMahieu has two challengers in the August 9th GOP primary.  Though seemingly voluble, Deschene has little to say about who she is.  Villareal strikes me as an anti-vaxxer nutcase.

With no Democrat in the race, the winner of the primary will run unopposed in the November general election.
