2008-2010 drop in Democratic voter participation:  44% vs. 19% for Republicans.
2012-2014 drop in Democratic voter participation:  37% vs. 16% for Republicans.

Barron County Republican turnout in the 2014 gubernatorial election was up 13% over 2010 compared to the Democrats' 1.6%.
