Biography. Born Rice Lake, August 27, 1952; married; 6 children. 

Graduate Rice Lake H.S. 1970; attended UW-Barron Co. 

Real estate developer/broker. Former owner/operator of Rivard’s Campers. 

Member: Realtors Assn. of NW Wisconsin (past pres.); Rice Lake Chamber of Commerce (past pres.); Knights of Columbus (past grand knight); Diocesan Pastoral Council, Diocese of Superior; Pastoral Finance Com., Assumption Blessed Virgin Mary Church (chm.). 

Elected to Assembly 2010.  (Won a 4-way primary with 40% of the vote.  Won the general election with 51% of the vote.)
