Wisconsin 2024 elections: Republican Shae Sortwell announces candidacy for 2nd Assembly District

Shae Sortwell (R-Two Rivers) has represented the 2nd Assembly district since January 2019.  Redistricting did not affect his residency status.

Recently reshaped election maps shifted the boundaries of Sortwell's district. The district now covers Kimberly, parts of Kaukauna, Wrightstown, Ledgeview, Denmark, Two Creeks and Francis Creek. It no longer covers De Pere or Two Rivers.
Sortwell lives in the town of Gibson in Manitowoc County but has a Two Rivers mailing address, so he is within the newly configured district.
