2012-2014 drop in Democratic voter participation: 32% vs. 10% for Republicans.
Walker's vote total increased by 15.5% in 2014 compared to 2010. Mary Burke exceeded Tom Barrett's 2010 vote total by 19%. That's the first time we've seen this outcome in this series of posts.
