UPDATE. The healthiest county in each Midwestern state: Stark County, North Dakota

'Midwest' as defined by this map.

Another anomaly in the series, Stark County is also not part of a metro area. It's located nearly 400 miles west of Fargo, North Dakota's largest city.  Thanks to a boom in oil production, Stark is one of the state's fastest-growing counties, for Latinos, in particular.
