Officials: Computer complications caused Sauk County election report error.  (Baraboo News-Republic, 11/28/2016)
But a county official says computer system complications – not election fraud – were to blame for the error, which later was identified and corrected in the canvassed election results.

2008-2010 drop in Democratic voter participation:  42% vs. 4% for Republicans.
2012-2014 drop in Democratic voter participation:  30% vs. 5% for Republicans.

Walker's vote total increased by 11% in 2014 compared to 2010.  Mary Burke received 21% more votes than Tom Barrett in 2010.
