Is Wisconsin's "Robust" Second-Quarter Hiring a Prediction or a Another Walker Campaign Contribution?

Good news for the incumbent. In welcome news for a slow-growth state, the latest workplace survey conducted by ManpowerGroup Inc. predicts that job creation in both Wisconsin and metro Milwaukee will shift into higher gear in the April-to-June quarter.
