Pew Research's Latest Look at Home Broadband Usage


Home Broadband 2013.  August 26, 2013.

70% of Americans 18 and older have access to high-speed broadband at home. 3% still use dial-up.

No change in those with the highest rates of use.
  • College graduates
  • Adults under 50 years of age
  • Adults living in households with $50,000+ annual income

Least likely use based on demographics:
  • 65 years and older
  • No high school diploma
  • Annual household income < $30,000
  • Rural
