Wirecutter staff report:
In recent years there’s been an explosion of products promising to help you sleep better, and many of them are extremely complex. The Restful Atmos Bedside Lamp is mercifully straightforward. It aims to improve your slumber using light, as nature intended.
This simple blown-glass-orb bedroom lamp automatically moves through specifically designed light phases to support your sleep-and-wake routine (daytime light has more blue light, while nighttime light has less). It has one dial for power and brightness and works with an app, but thankfully the app isn’t required if you don’t want to look at a screen. Out of the box it comes matched with your time zone, so you can support your body’s circadian rhythms right away.
It'll set you back $250.
