Lana debuted on the baby names chart in 1939, two years after Lana Turner made her movie debut in "They Won't Forget".  She quickly shot up to a peak position of #186 in 1946 ("The Postman Always Rings Twice").  But that was it.  The rest of her time on the chart resembles her personal life, the ups and downs of 8 marriages and 8 divorces.
