Attorney Kevin Scott, who is representing the recall organizers in the case, said in an email Ehlke’s decision essentially denies residents in Vos’ old 63rd Assembly District the constitutional right to recall their elected representative. 

Scott said organizers behind the recall effort plan to appeal Ehlke’s decision.
