In related news, Bath & Body Works is moving to a location closer to center court, no doubt anticipating lots more action after Von Maur opens.
Their move will add to the increasingly 'ghost town' look of the northern concourse of the mall.
Especially now that Williams Sonoma closed their West Towne store.

Tennessee-based CBL Properties, owner of the mall, said Wednesday that the demolition of a two story, 144,000-square-foot building, which for years was home to a Boston Store, will resume later this month to make way for the construction of a one-story, 85,000-square-foot Von Maur store.
Demolition work had started earlier this year but was halted due to COVID-19. In November, CBL filed for bankruptcy protection so it could recapitalize and restructure parts of its debt

The project would raze the 144,600 square foot, two story building and replace it with an 85,000 square foot single story structure. Construction is scheduled to begin next summer with the store opening in fall 2021 with 120 employees.Timeline
