Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: Illinois 17th

Tea Party favorite Bobby Schilling defeated the 3-term Democratic incumbent Phil Hare in 2010.  Then along came Democrat Cheri Bustos, who quickly sent him packing.  In 3 elections, her margin of victory has increased from 6.6 to 20.6 percentage points.

Clinton won 46.7% of the vote in the district compared to 47.4% for Trump.
