Wisconsin Republican legislators avoid a jobs focus as they grind their ideological axes

As quoted in Bills targeting Planned Parenthood may end up doing nothing.  (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, 2/2/2016)

But one bill, which has been passed by the Legislature, deals with money that the state doesn't control. The other, which still awaits approval by the Assembly, would mandate a change that would require federal approval, and, even if that was successful, could be challenged in court.

I'll leave the math to you, but here's what all that ideological axe-grinding is costing us.  And, of course, it's not just the drooling obsession with defunding Planned Parenthood.
