Open Records and Scott Walker's Irresolute Response

Backlash over Wisconsin GOP plan to tighten open records law.  (KSRO, 7/3/2015)

The only acceptable change is to delete the offending language from the budget.  Apparently, that's not and never has been the Governor's plan.   I guess it's something that wasn't on his radar until a few days ago.
