Pomona's Measure PPL Shot Down by Voters

 PPL falls short.   (Save Our Pomona Public Library, 11/5/2014)

5,480 "no" votes vs. 5,280 "yes" votes.  The measure needed a two-thirds majority to pass.



Pomona (pop. 149,058) is located in Los Angeles County, east of the City of Los Angeles.

The Pomona Public Library, which is open 29 hours per week, is not part of the Los Angeles County Library.
