Necedah Celebrates Dedication and Grand Opening of New Library
Link to December 15 Juneau County Star-Times article, "New Necedah library is 'pretty cool'".
Excerpt: The library opened to patrons in November, but Tuesday's dedication and grand opening was a celebration long-awaited by community members.
About 100 people attended the dedication, not counting Ollerman and a few dozen of his schoolmates from Necedah schools, who sang and read poetry.
Veterans from American Legion Post 277, VFW Post 10231 and AMVETS Post 2180 were on hand to present the colors and to raise the flag outside the building for the first time.
The 4,800-square-foot library was built mostly with government grants, and donations from area foundations, businesses and individuals.
