Prison contraband in the Name of the Lord (#69 in a series)

According to court records, Vincent Bishop was in possession of a “prison package” which he attempted to bring into a prison. 

The package contained four cell phones, 28 grams of marijuana, 56 grams of a synthetic controlled substance known as “Flakka”, and Black and Mild Cigars, according to court paperwork.  

Authorities said Bishop was at the Fountain Correctional Facility, where he is an employee.
