The community, known as the heart of "Voltage Valley" because it is home to electric vehicle battery manufacturer Ultium Cells, discussed a ban on future energy producers Tuesday evening. Lordstown Village Council held a public hearing to discuss legislation prohibiting new permits for wind energy systems, solar energy systems, and any "major electric facilities."
