As Ramaswamy barnstorms Iowa more than any other Republican candidate, he is finding supporters — both those who've pledged to caucus for him and those who want to learn more about him — who agree that climate change is caused by humans but who want the U.S. to continue investing in fossil fuels, even as a warming climate leads to weather that is threatening property, crops and lives across Iowa.
